The Business Development Executive will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer Brazil and is responsible for drive our sales strategy and achieve the plan of aggressive growth of our global company.
The role requires a solid understanding of the Brazilian market and ability to work seamlessly with a global team.
The ideal candidate shows very high energy, strategic thinking, business acumen, can-do-attitude and drive for results while also being very effective in fostering an engaging, high performance work environment.
The position will be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Fluent English is mandatory.
• Develop and execute business development strategies and programs targeted to your national businesses;
• Prospecting and generating sales leads;
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives for ensuring customer retention and expansion;
• Deliver company presentations and proposals to prospective customers;
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients;
• Regularly check in with clients and monitor client satisfaction;
• Ensuring revenue targets and growth of scale achievement every quarter;
• Working with the pre-sales, marketing, and development teams.
Required skills and experience
• Graduate in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration;
• 5+ years of work experience in business development and sales;
• 2+ years of work experience with at least some experience in operations - startup or tech experience is a big plus;
• An established network of business contacts in Reatil Marketing;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
